The Boondock Saints Mobile Game:
Bringing the same explosive action and attitude that
fueled the iconic, cult-classic movie, players will unleash
the deadly skills of the brothers MacManus in this unique top-down
shooter game, experiencing an exclusive Boondock Saints story
created just for this game. Play as Connor or Murphy with special
appearances from familiar faces from the movies while on a righteous
mission of revenge. A wide range of weapons are at your disposal,
including Molotov cocktails and stun grenades to take out determined
foes. As you progress through the game, tattoos are placed on
the brothers to mark completed missions. On the walls of the
tattoo parlor are links to Facebook, Twitter and Open Feint
where players can track achievements and communicate with friends.
In addition, scenes from the films will be available on the
iPad.

OFFICIAL Tournament RULES
Please
read these rules before entering the Boondock Saints Mobile
Game App (the “Game”) Highest Score in Story Mode
Tournament (the “Tournament”). You agree that,
by submitting an entry for participation, you will be bound
by these Official Tournament Rules and you acknowledge that
you satisfy all Tournament eligibility requirements, set forth
below.
Eligibility.
You are subject to the laws of the country, state,
city or jurisdiction (“Jurisdiction”) in which
you reside and/or from which you participate in the Tournament.
To be eligible, participants must be natural persons 18 years
of age or older and must be physically located in a Jurisdiction
that does not prohibit participation in the Tournament. YOU
MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT IF YOUR PARTICIPATION
IS PROHIBITED BY LAW. It is your responsibility to determine
what laws apply in your Jurisdiction. Boondock Saints, LLC
(“BDS”) does not make any representation or warranty,
express or implied, as to the lawfulness of your participation
in the Tournament. You hereby agree that BDS has not made
any offers, solicitations or invitations for the use or purchase
of goods or services that are prohibited by law in your Jurisdiction.
You hereby represent, warrant and agree that, by submitting
an entry for participation, you already own a lawful copy
(license) of the BDS Mobile Game. BDS reserves the right to
require proof from participants that they are eligible to
participate in the Tournament as a condition of participation
and/or as a condition of awarding prizes. You must be at least
18 years of age to participate in the Tournament and may be
required to submit proof of age verification. Employees of
BDS, their clients or associated agencies and their immediate
family members are not eligible to enter the Tournament. Void
where prohibited. Any false or fraudulent entries will be
declined.
How
to Participate. All lawful owners (licensees) and
players of the BDS Mobile Game may participate in the Tournament
beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on November 20, 2010 and ending
at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on Jan 5, 2011 (the “Tournament
Period”). To participate:

Confirm that the Game has been properly downloaded and is
working on your mobile device;
There
is no limit of entries per player during the Tournament Period.
You may not use multiple customer accounts to enter the Tournament,
and entries submitted through multiple accounts will be disqualified.
Promotion/
Mailing List. By entering the Tournament, you agree
to allow Boondock Saints to use your name and/or likeness
for promotional purposes without further compensation. Your
entry will be considered your advance permission to broadcast
over the internet on www.BoondockSaints.com,
www.BoondockStore.com
or via BDS newsletter without further approval. Your entry
is your consent to being placed on our Boondock Saints mailing
list.
Prizes.
Only one (1) prize will be awarded per person. BDS will award
1 Grand Prize in “Story” Game Play Mode. Grand
Prize will consist of a collectible Boondock Saints 2 Movie
Prop plus a personal phone call from Film Creator/Writer/
Director Troy Duffy and “The Funny Man” actor
David Della Rocco plus autographed BDS swag (TBD.) Winner
will be responsible for returning our email/ phone call within
14 days in order to claim the prize.

Additional
Terms. BDS may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law and in its sole discretion, change these rules or cancel
the Tournament at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend
the Tournament for any reason, including, without limitation,
if viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or
other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration,
security, fairness or proper play of the Tournament or submission
of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected,
late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate
entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the
equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the
Tournament, or by any technical or human error that may occur
in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical
errors in any materials associated with the Tournament; (c)
any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction,
unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for
technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software,
malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or
failure to receive any entry information on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting
from downloading any materials in connection with the Tournament.
BDS may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual
found to be: (e) tampering with the entry process or the operation
of the Tournament or website; (f) acting in violation of applicable
law or these rules; or (g) acting in an unsportsmanlike or
disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten
or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or
if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry
methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber
of the e-mail account used to enter the Tournament at the
actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant
and must comply with these rules in the event of a dispute
as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same
e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural
person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access
provider, on-line service provider, or other organization
responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains
associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No greater
than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will
be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection
of potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than
the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official
Rules, we may award the prize by random drawing from among
all eligible claimants. Your participation in the Tournament
is at your sole risk. In no event shall BDS, its agents, assigns,
affiliates, subsidiaries and/or licensees be liable for any
direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential
or exemplary damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data
or other intangible losses, that result from your use of the
Game or your participation in the Tournament. You agree to
defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BDS and its agents, assigns,
affiliates, licensees, managers, employees, directors and
officers of and from any and all liabilities, claims, actions,
expenses, including legal fees, asserted by any third party,
including governmental agencies or bodies, arising out of
or related to: (a) these Official Tournament Rules; (b) the
Tournament; (c) your participation in the Tournament; (d)
your use of the Game; (e) your use of the Open-Feint website
and service; (f) your violation of any gaming, lottery, betting,
or wagering laws or regulations resulting from your use of
the Game and/or your participation in the Tournament; (g)
your violation of law; and (h) your violation of any rights
of any third party.
